This video summarizes the 2021-2022 academic year at Ukrainian Evangelical Theological Seminary, which comprised, on the one hand, much joy and many plans, and, on the other hand, sadness and grief. However, in the midst of all this, the Lord was with us. He showed His miracles, guided and protected us, gave peace and comfort in the fire. Today, we continue serving the church and transforming society.
Since the beginning of the war last February, Ukrainian Evangelical Theological Seminary, in addition to its main educational mission, which lies in training national church leaders, has developed a large-scale relief ministry, ranging from evacuating people from the frontline, delivering food and necessities to bomb shelters, feeding the needy on the campus to undertaking numerous relief trips to liberated areas as well as active warzone.
During several weeks, when the seminary campus happened to be close to the frontline, with intense fighting nearby, it was subject to repeated self-propelled artillery shelling. The shells which hit the ground caused considerable damage to its infrastructure, with windows blown out, a roof destroyed, etc. These are the academic building, cafeteria, and maintenance premises which suffered the most...

The project of renovation of the damaged infrastructure of the seminary is aimed at resuming a full-scale learning process, ensuring proper conditions for accommodation of students, staff and guests, coordinating relief ministry.
